Return & Refund Policy – Veraxo Clo

At Veraxo Clo, we are committed to providing high-quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.


Return & Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or refund.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not yet been shipped.

If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you may request a return once the package has been delivered.


Refunds

Eligible returns requested within 30 days of delivery may qualify for a refund.

Once the returned item is received and inspected by our team, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refund processing may take up to 5 business days after inspection

  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for another size or product of equal value, please inform our support team when submitting your request.

Once the returned product is received and approved, we will ship the replacement item.

We recommend checking your order upon delivery and contacting us promptly if there are any issues with the item received.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Email our support team at support@veraxoclo.com

  2. Include your order number and the reason for the request

  3. Our team will provide detailed return instructions

Once the returned item is received and verified, we will proceed with the refund or replacement shipment.


Return Shipping

Returned items must be sent to our international fulfillment warehouse.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • If the item is defective or incorrect, Veraxo Clo will cover the return shipping

The return address will be provided by our support team once your request is approved.


European Union 30-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, without providing a reason.

Items must still meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and unworn

  • With tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Proof of purchase included
